About Harbor Health

My background

For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people of all ages to overcome challenges, build independence, and participate in the activities that matter most to them. Occupational therapy continues to inspire me every day, and I feel incredibly grateful to work in a profession that makes such a meaningful difference in people's lives.

After graduating from the University of South Australia in 2006, I've worked across acute care, rehabilitation, injury management, community health, aged care, primary healthcare, and paediatrics in both metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. In 2026, I founded Harbor Health to provide experienced, local, and reliable occupational therapy to individuals and families across the Fleurieu Peninsula, delivering services in homes, schools, workplaces, and the community.

Approach to Practice

My approach is grounded in person-centred care. I work alongside you, in the environments where life happens, and at a pace that feels right for your circumstances. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person brings their own strengths, experiences, and goals, and these guide the way we work together.

With over 20 years of experience across a wide range of settings and stages of life, I can help make sense of complex situations and focus on practical strategies that create meaningful change. My practice is evidence-informed, strengths-based, goal-directed, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel capable, connected, and supported to live the life that matters to them.

A white shirt and a beige hat with a dark band hang on a wooden coat rack above the table. A sheer white curtain covers a window on the left side of the image.

A bit more about me

Outside of work, I'm a mum of three and proud to call the Fleurieu Peninsula home.

I created Harbor Health because I believe quality allied health care should be local, accessible, and grounded in the community it serves. I love where I live, and it's a privilege to support people in the places where they live, learn, work, and connect.

I believe strong relationships and healthy communities help people flourish, and that by supporting individuals, we also strengthen families, neighbourhoods, and the community as a whole.

Behind her is a framed landscape painting and a wall decoration with three small metal bells hanging from a chain.
