Occupational therapy for people across all stages of life, in the places that matter most.

Everyday living and independence

Practical, person-centred therapy to help you or someone you care for, feel more confident, capable and connected in everyday life. I take a strengths focused approach, planning therapy to what matters most to you. From building independence to exploring emotional and sensory regulation, to navigating everyday routines and staying engaged in the activities you love. Therapy is supportive, meaningful and where possible - fun!

Aged Care

I support older adults to live safely and independently at home for as long as possible by offering therapist curated kits (COMING SOON).

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for occupational therapists and allied health professionals, drawing on 20 years of experience across acute, community, and private practice settings.

Available in person or via telehealth.

Assessments

I provide a range of specialist assessments, all thoroughly conducted and written in plain language:

•       Functional Capacity Assessments - available in person and via telehealth

•       Sensory Assessments

•       Assistive Technology Assessments

•       Complex Home Modification Assessments

Assessment reports are clear, evidence-based, and written to be understood, not just filed away.

Home & Environment

I assess your home environment and make practical recommendations for modifications, equipment, and assistive technology to support your safety and independence.

This includes working with builders, occupational therapy equipment suppliers, and funding bodies to help recommendations become reality.

Young people & Families

The teenage years can be exciting, challenging, and overwhelming. I work alongside young people and their families to build confidence, independence, and the practical skills needed to navigate everyday life.

Together, we can work on:

  • Building confidence and self-understanding.

  • Developing routines, organisation, and executive functioning skills.

  • Managing emotions, stress, and sensory needs.

  • Strengthening social skills and meaningful relationships.

  • Increasing independence at home, school, work, and in the community.

  • Developing life skills for a successful transition into adulthood.

Every young person is different, so therapy is tailored to their unique strengths, goals, and interests. My aim is to create a supportive space where teenagers feel understood, capable, and empowered to thrive.
