At Harbor Health, I believe Occupational Therapy should fit into your life, not the other way around.

I support individuals, families and care teams across the Fleurieu Peninsula and surrounds, meeting people where they are at in life and working at a pace that suits them. Support can include assessment, practical recommendations and tailored therapy, shaped around each person's unique needs, goals and lived experiences. Services are provided in the places and environments that are meaningful.

Whether that's feeling more confident in everyday routines, understanding what helps you feel calm and regulated, supporting a teenager to thrive at school, or helping an older person remain safe and independent at home, my focus is always on the everyday moments that give life meaning.

That's why I come to you, because the best therapy happens where life happens: at home, at school, at work, and in the community. Together, we'll find practical, personalised solutions that help you achieve your goals and live life with greater confidence and independence.

How can I access Services?

Knowing you need support is one thing. Working out how to fund it is another. Navigating NDIS plans, Medicare, and private health can feel like a full-time job, and it should not have to be. Not sure what applies to you? Get in touch and I can help you work it out.

 Meet Kimberley

I'm Kimberley, an occupational therapist with 20 years of experience working across South Australia.

I trained at the University of South Australia and have worked across metropolitan Adelaide and throughout regional SA, including outreach to the Eyre Peninsula, in acute care, rehabilitation, community health, aged care, paediatrics, and injury management.

I built Harbor Health to bring experienced, grounded occupational therapy to the Fleurieu Peninsula. Practical support, close to home.
